Line Cooks


  • Minimum 5 years of experience required
  • Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
  • Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
  • Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
  • Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures




  • Prepare tables
  • Present menus and help customers with their selection
  • Take and serve orders
  • Collaborate with other staff
  • Outgoing personality personality preferred
  • Two Years Experience in Fine Dining Service




  • Clean all the dishes, glasses, silverware, and cooking supplies
  • Keep the dish room and dish machine in clean, working order
  • Other duties may consist of cleaning up around the restaurant and assisting other staff members as needed
