Line Cooks
- Minimum 5 years of experience required
- Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
- Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
Server
- Prepare tables
- Present menus and help customers with their selection
- Take and serve orders
- Collaborate with other staff
- Outgoing personality personality preferred
- Two Years Experience in Fine Dining Service
Dishwasher
- Clean all the dishes, glasses, silverware, and cooking supplies
- Keep the dish room and dish machine in clean, working order
- Other duties may consist of cleaning up around the restaurant and assisting other staff members as needed
